Hudson shall be entitled at its own discretion to suspend the Website for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to repairs, planned maintenance or upgrades and shall not be liable to you for any such suspension or unavailability of the Website.
Sale of Goods
These terms and conditions govern the sale of goods available on our site.
We are under a legal duty to supply goods that match the description of the good(s) you order on our site.
These terms and conditions apply to all the goods that are displayed on our site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as out of stock. All information, descriptions or images that we provide about our goods are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods we provide. You agree to purchase goods from our site at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order when it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you have paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monito your payment instrument to verify the receipt of any refund.
Payments
We utilise Shopify payments on our site that offer a wide range of payment options. Additional payment options are regularly added to ensure the best purchase experience for the customer.
When you provide us with your payment information, you authorise our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorise us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.
If we believe your payment has violated any laws or these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.
We may use personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks. Personal information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information. This is done only to confirm your identity - a credit check is not performed, and your credit rating is unaffected.
For our international sales (non-UK), we are partnered with Global-e, a third-party logistics and payment provider acting as your merchant-on-record. Global-e term and conditions and privacy policy are available at the checkout prior to purchase.
Delivery
UK Orders:
Working and shipping days are classed as Monday to Friday (not including Public or Bank holidays)
Key information:
- Free delivery over £70 all UK orders. All UK orders are shipped with DPD.
- All parcels must be ‘signed for’ as proof of delivery, however if you are unavailable, re-delivery can be arranged.
- Next day delivery cut off 14:00 (GMT).
- Orders placed before 14:00 (GMT) will be dispatched the same day.

Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected on the site’s checkout page. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and public holidays.
You are required to provide us with the complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
Age Restrictions
If you are under 16 you must let your parent or guardian know about Hudson’s Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions before you register to use this Site or any of this Site's services. We reserve the right to only accept orders from those over 16.

Unless otherwise specifically stated these website terms and conditions supersede and replace all prior commitments, undertakings or representations, whether written or oral, between you and Hudson in respect of your use of the website.

You agree that by visiting the website, you shall become bound to the current version of the relevant terms and conditions and, unless stated in the current version, all previous versions shall be superseded by the current version.

Support queries sent between 5 p.m. Friday to 9 a.m. Monday will be responded to during customer services operational hours. Emails and telephones are not monitored over weekends.

Our Returns Policy
Our Site returns policy means that if you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 60 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition.
Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging.
We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in their original condition. This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
Please enclose the completed Returns form with your goods, as no form may result in taking longer to process the return. Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.

Discount Code Policy
Discount codes must be redeemed on the checkout page. You may only use one discount code at the point of purchase. Only discount codes supplied by Hudson are valid on the website. Hudson has the right to withdraw any discount code at any time. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other codes or promotions including sales.
